National survey on the impact of COVID-19 on researchers and academics
Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and Irish Research Council (IRC) are carrying out a national survey on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the working lives of doctoral students, researchers and academic staff in Ireland.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the experience of work and wellbeing researchers in Ireland, and to disseminate the broader findings with universities and research funders with the objective of guiding their longer-term response and policy to supporting researchers throughout and in the aftermath of the pandemic.
We strongly encourage all researchers and academics in Ireland to participate in this survey as these experiences are vital in helping design policies and interventions for during and after the pandemic.
All doctoral students, researchers and academic staff usually residing in Ireland or currently working/studying in Ireland are invited to complete the survey here.
