For the first time Louth Libraries will host two science fairs to celebrate Science Week. The first fair will take place on the 10th of November in Dundalk and the second on the 17th of November in Drogheda. The fairs will be a mixture of stands, workshops and talks. Irish open water swimmer and adventurer Nuala Moore and Irish engineer, scientist, writer and performer Dr. Niamh Shaw will both give talks.

Workshops will be hosted by Barry Fitzgerald, The Rediscovery Centre, Circus 250, Anyone4Science, Fly your kite, The Brickx Club and many more. The environmental charity Sonairte will be there to promote ecological awareness and sustainable living. We are also focusing on Health and Healing and how we can all benefit from working together to create a sustainable future.
