Circus Science by the Sea is Europe’s first circus science festival held on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 November.

Circus Science by the Sea is for everyone. Whether you’re a fun-seeking family, environmentalist, artist, or scientist, the weekend is packed full of free performances, discussions and workshops for you. From late night Circus Science Cabaret to family-friendly clown shows about plastic pollution, from lively discussions on the future of our ocean to outdoor environmental circus workshops in the stunning Achill landscape, Circus by the Sea aims to stimulate ideas and collaboration around how circus and science can best work together for the common good.

Held in the historic town of Westport and on Achill Island, County Mayo, Ireland, the entire weekend is free to attend.

Circus Science by the Sea is produced by Circus250. Because we believe when science meets circus, anything’s possible.
