UREKA International Exchange Programme
In an effort to foster closer links with the international research community, SFI is supportive of formalising an exchange programme between a currently funded UREKA Site and a similar international programme, such as an REU Site in America.
The UREKA Site and the international site must have a complementary research focus. Irish students can be sent abroad to participate in an international programme and international students can come to Ireland to participate in a UREKA Site.
Students - How to Participate in UREKA
UREKA Sites are funded for up to three years and consist of a group of researchers and a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 undergraduate students who are assigned research projects. Students should apply directly to the UREKA site. Please click here to view the list of currently funded UREKA sites.
