Dr Love's responsibilities are in the areas of policy, strategic planning and communications. Dr Love graduated with a BSC(Hons) in Pharmacology from University College Dublin. After completing his PhD in vascular cell biology in 1997 he joined the management consulting firm, Accenture and spent most of the following decade working with multinational clients in the communications and high-tech sector across Europe. Dr Love joined SFI in 2007 and has held a variety of roles including Interim Director General, Special Advisor to the Director General, Head of Strategy and Programme Implementation and Director of Policy & Communications.
