SFI Customer Charter

The SFI Customer Charter sets out the manner in which customers will be assisted in their dealings with SFI. It also sets out the standards and quality of service which clients and members of the public can expect from SFI. 


Prompt Payments

Science Foundation Ireland sets out its quarterly Prompt Payments Report in accordance with its obligations under the 15 day Prompt Payment Rule which came into effect on 1 July 2011.
